“Fatema is a one of a kind make-up artist, confident, calm and kind. As a person who wears very little makeup, very rarely, I am always nervous when having my make-up done, especially for big events.

Before a friend's wedding Fatema helped me to feel calm and at ease before beginning my make-up journey. She took the time to ask me questions about what I wanted, look through some photos to help me visualize different looks, as well as explaining all the products to me.

What I really loved was that as Fatema was doing my make-up I was able to ask questions about the application process, and how it worked, and how I could recreate a similar look for myself one day. I loved that she was willing to empower me to do my own make-up in the future, both for fancy events, and just an everyday look. She was able to teach me about what was right for my skin and face and introduced me to so much about make-up that I had never learned before.

The very best part was that I felt very comfortable with Fatema. She made it clear that nothing was permanent and if there was something I didn’t love, it could be changed.
